Become A DNA Hero + Win $10 In HomeRun Credits!
Monday, January 30, 2012 at 10:15 AM While beefing up on our genetics facts in honor of our deal from DNA Imprints, we stumbled upon this awesome video game called DNA Heroes that came out a couple of years ago:

The game is Guitar Hero-esque, since the goal of the game is to click on the right amino acids that come your way (just as you would click on the notes in GH). If you don't catch all of the amino acids, you could grow a deformity, which adds extra game (and societal!) pressure. Plus, it's the only video game I know of where two of the protagonists are Nobel Prize winners.
If you think you know a thing or two about genetics, and don't feel like seeking out your own version of DNA Heroes, test your hand at our quiz below. Plus you could win $10 in HomeRun credits if you get a perfect score! Make sure to leave your answers in the comments section below and we'll let you know if you've won once the deal ends!
